New York: So, the drama just keeps going. Justin Baldoni is still in a legal battle with his “It Ends With Us” co-star Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. Now, he’s pulling Disney into it. Baldoni wants them to keep all documents about a character named Nicepool from “Deadpool & Wolverine.” He claims this character is meant to “bully” him.

Last week, Baldoni’s lawyers sent a letter to Disney CEO Bob Iger and Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige. They’re asking for everything related to Nicepool’s development. They’re looking for proof that there was a plan to mock or intimidate Baldoni through this character.

In “Deadpool & Wolverine,” Ryan Reynolds plays Nicepool, who has some pretty questionable lines about Ladypool, played by Lively. At one point, Nicepool makes a comment about Ladypool’s postpartum body, saying, “You can’t even tell.” After Deadpool warns against such comments, Nicepool quips, “That’s OK, I identify as a feminist.”

Things got heated when Lively filed a complaint against Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment on set. She claims he made comments to shame her for her body after having kids and even launched a smear campaign against her.

This whole mess is part of a $250 million lawsuit that Baldoni and his team are facing, which includes details from the New York Times about their communications. On the same day, Lively also filed a lawsuit against Baldoni in federal court, repeating her earlier claims. It’s a wild situation, and it doesn’t look like it’s ending anytime soon.
