Bryan Johnson, a biohacker, reveals his extreme methods to slow aging, claiming he ages just eight months for every year that passes.

Los Angeles: So, there’s this guy, Bryan Johnson, who’s really into biohacking. He says he’s found a way to slow down aging. In fact, he claims he only ages eight months for every year that goes by. Sounds wild, right?
There’s a new Netflix doc called “Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever” that dives into his life. Johnson, who’s 47, has a whole routine he follows to keep himself feeling young. He started this thing called Project Blueprint back in 2021, which is all about anti-aging and wellness.
In the documentary, he talks about how he’s managed to reverse his biological age by over five years. He’s got this idea that our bodies have a biological age, which is different from how many years we’ve been alive. It’s all about how our cells and tissues are doing.
Johnson says he used to age at a rate of 1.03, but now it’s down to 0.69. If he keeps this up, he could be biologically 69 when he’s actually 80. Pretty impressive, huh?
He spends around $2 million a year on his health, doing things like light therapy, taking 91 supplements, and eating a strict vegan diet. He’s got a whole checklist of things he does daily to keep his body in top shape.
Interestingly, he’s dropped some things from his routine, like rapamycin, an anti-cancer drug, because of some scary side effects. He’s also really into sleep hygiene, going to bed by 8:30 p.m. to get enough rest.
Johnson even goes as far as getting blood transfusions from his teenage son to stay youthful. It’s a bit controversial, but he’s all in on this quest to beat aging.
