Dallas residents are rallying together to support those affected by the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles.

Dallas: Inwood Village is buzzing with activity as the HerStory Gallery fills up with donations for wildfire victims in L.A. Instead of emptying out, the gallery is overflowing with clothes, baby supplies, and essentials.
Tinsley Paul, the gallery owner, was inspired to help after seeing friends in California affected by the fires. She teamed up with local organizations to create a donation hub in her store and another in Fort Worth.
Within just a day, the community stepped up big time, bringing in everything from clothing to air purifiers. Paul even extended the donation deadline because of the overwhelming response.
On Saturday, all the collected items will be loaded onto trucks and sent to L.A. BJ Williamson, who dropped off pajamas, said it’s great to provide immediate help rather than just sending money.
Influencer Bridget Barbier-Mueller also got involved, rallying her followers on Instagram to donate. She organized a raffle with luxury items to encourage giving, and the response has been incredible.
In just 24 hours, they raised over $110,000, surpassing previous efforts after the Uvalde shooting. HerStory Gallery will keep accepting donations through Saturday, and they’re looking for volunteers to help sort items.
It’s heartwarming to see everyone come together to support those in need. If you want to help, check out the gallery or other organizations working to assist wildfire victims.
