Diddy’s legal team argues that videos show consensual encounters, asserting his innocence against sex trafficking charges

Los Angeles: So, Diddy’s lawyers are saying that those “freak-off” videos actually show he’s innocent. They claim the videos prove that a woman, referred to as Victim-1, not only consented but had a good time.
In a recent filing, they argued that the nine videos of six parties are just private moments between consenting adults. They’re pushing back against the feds, who say these were wild, drug-fueled sex parties.
Diddy, who’s facing some serious charges, is currently stuck in a Brooklyn jail on a hefty bond. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, insists the videos don’t show anything shady—no secret cameras, no minors, and definitely no violence.
Agnifilo pointed out that in all the videos, Victim-1 looks happy and in control. He’s also asking the court to let them access the videos more freely, claiming she kept them for years before handing them over to the authorities.
Things got messy for Diddy after a video surfaced showing him attacking singer Cassie Ventura back in 2016. That incident led to a lawsuit from her, where she accused him of years of abuse and demanded a hefty settlement.
Interestingly, Diddy settled that lawsuit the very next day, but the details of that deal are still under wraps. It’s a wild situation, and it looks like it’s far from over.
