Los Angeles: Justine Bateman is not holding back her thoughts on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent efforts to help wildfire victims. She took to social media to call them “disaster tourists” after they volunteered in Pasadena.

Bateman, known for her role in “Family Ties,” expressed her frustration, saying they were just looking for a photo opportunity. She questioned their motives, asking if they were trying to act like politicians.

The couple was seen helping out at a convention center, but Bateman wasn’t impressed. She shared her thoughts on X, stating they don’t live in the area and are merely visiting.

Meanwhile, Pasadena’s Mayor Victor M. Gordo praised Harry and Meghan for their involvement, highlighting their kindness towards first responders and victims. He even shared a sweet moment where Harry grabbed a donut for someone in need.

Despite the criticism, the couple has been active in supporting those affected by the fires. They opened their home to friends evacuating from the area and donated supplies through their Archewell Foundation.

Meghan has also postponed her Netflix show launch due to the ongoing crisis. Other celebrities, like Jennifer Garner, have joined in to help as many in L.A. face evacuation due to the wildfires.
