Rudy Giuliani missed his trial in Manhattan, delaying decisions on his condo and Yankees rings amid ongoing legal troubles.

He was supposed to be there at 9 a.m., but three hours later, he was still MIA. The court even pushed the hearing to 1 p.m., but no one really knew what was going on.
The judge, Lewis Liman, is trying to figure out if Giuliani can keep his Florida condo, which he claims he needs to avoid being homeless, and the rings he says he gave to his son.
This whole mess started because of a defamation case from two election workers in Georgia. Giuliani accused them of ballot fraud without any proof, and now he owes them around $148 million for the damage he caused.
He’s lost a lot of his valuable stuff to these women, who are trying to collect what he owes. Last year, the judge ordered him to hand over his fancy apartment, a Mercedes-Benz, and some sports memorabilia to help pay off that huge amount.
Giuliani even got in trouble for not turning over documents and items on time. Just a week later, another judge found him in contempt for continuing to defame those women.
He’s supposed to be the first witness at his trial, which could take a few days. Stay tuned for updates!
