Sally Struthers shares her experience of being fat-shamed by Betty White, revealing a different side of the beloved actress.

Los Angeles: So, Sally Struthers is spilling some tea about Betty White. She claims Betty fat-shamed her while they were working on a game show pilot. Can you believe that?
On a recent podcast, Sally said she found Betty to be a lot different than the sweet persona everyone loved. She described her as “very passive-aggressive.” Ouch!
Struthers recalled a moment at Betty’s house when she reached for a cookie. Betty supposedly said, “Oh, I wouldn’t do that if I were you dear, you don’t need a cookie.” Talk about a public fat-shaming!
That comment really stuck with Sally. She thought, “Gosh, that’s not nice.” It’s wild to hear such a different side of someone we all admired.
And it doesn’t stop there. Sally also had some words about Norman Lear, claiming he took the idea for “All in the Family” from Carroll O’Connor and acted like he created it. Drama in Hollywood, right?
For those who don’t know, Sally played Gloria in “All in the Family” and won two Emmys for her role. She’s still active, recently appearing in a Netflix series. What a career!
