Sammy Hagar is trading tours for a Las Vegas residency, aiming to extend his rock career with a series of nine shows this spring

Las Vegas: Sammy Hagar is gearing up for a new chapter in his rock career. After wrapping up a world tour, he’s ready to kick off a nine-show residency on the Strip this spring.
At 77, Hagar is still a powerhouse, but he’s also aware of the toll touring can take. He’s looking for a way to keep performing without the grind of constant travel.
“I don’t want to tour anymore,” he admitted after a recent sound check. Instead, he’s excited about the residency format, which allows him to stay in one place and focus on his shows.
The upcoming “Best of All Worlds Tour – The Residency” will feature classic Van Halen hits and some of his solo favorites. Hagar is all about bringing good vibes to his audience.
He’s even got a new song, “Thank You,” set to drop just before the shows. Hagar wants everyone to leave his concerts feeling happy and uplifted.
During a recent performance at Caspian’s, he proved he can still rock hard. The intimate venue suits him well, and he joked about not needing a PA system to fill the room.
Hagar’s band includes some heavy hitters, like Michael Anthony and Joe Satriani, making for an exciting lineup. He’s looking forward to this new residency and hopes it’ll lead to more in the future.
So, if you’re in Vegas, don’t miss out on this chance to see the Red Rocker live. It’s bound to be a memorable experience!
