A man in Denver went on a stabbing spree, killing two and injuring two others in a series of random attacks near a mall

The chaos started around 5 p.m. on Saturday at the 16th Street Mall. Caudill attacked complete strangers, and it all happened in less than an hour. One of the victims, a 71-year-old flight attendant named Celinda Levno, was stabbed in the throat and sadly passed away in the hospital the next morning.
Levno had just celebrated 35 years with American Airlines and was in Denver for a layover. She was remembered as a dedicated animal lover and a great friend. The first victim was slashed in the face while leaving work but managed to get to the hospital on his own.
Just ten minutes later, Levno was attacked. Another man was stabbed in the torso shortly before 6 p.m. and is in critical condition but expected to survive. Witnesses described Caudill as a white man in his 20s, wearing a black hat and a blue sweatshirt.
Police spotted him running nearby with a large knife and took him into custody without any trouble. They found a bloody knife on him. After his arrest, a fourth victim was discovered with a serious slash on his back but unfortunately died later that night.
Authorities are still trying to figure out why this happened, as there seems to be no connection between Caudill and the victims. He’s being held without bond and could face serious charges, including two counts of first-degree murder. This guy already had a criminal record, so it’s a pretty wild situation.
