A fourth suspect has been charged in the 2020 murder of Joshua Ramos following an arrest in Hornell, Pennsylvania

Fuller was charged with serious felonies, including first-degree murder and kidnapping. He was taken back to Pennsylvania after waiving extradition.
He appeared in court and is being held without bail. A preliminary hearing is set for January 27. If convicted of first-degree murder, he could face life in prison or even the death penalty.
Back in July 2020, a witness reported Ramos’ death, leading police to his body. Three others were charged earlier for their roles in the murder. They allegedly tortured Ramos before killing him in a horrific manner.
Fuller lived with the victim and the other suspects at the time. He admitted to being involved in the attack but claimed he tried to stop it. However, he also sold his minivan for scrap after the murder, which raises more questions about his involvement.
The other three suspects took plea deals to avoid harsher sentences. They received lengthy prison terms, with one getting a lighter sentence for cooperating with authorities.
